  • Designated vendor booth for both days of the conference including the social event (See blue booths in the diagram at the bottom of the page) *Booth signage will be provided by the event organizers*

*Note* Designated Vendor Booths are NOT tradeshow booths.  Vendors are not permitted to bring signage.  Signage will be provided by the event organizers.  Vendors ARE permitted to bring small giveaways into the venue i.e. flyers, business cards, USB drives, swag etc.  Please keep promotional material to a minimum inside the venue.

-These terms and conditions apply to every person attending and/or participating in the annual PMRE Conference.
-The Conference is held at the South Point Hotel Casino and Spa, Las Vegas, Nevada on November 9-10, 2022.
-To participate in the Conference, Participants must register for the Conference online at the Conference’s website and pay the assigned Conference fee.
-The Conference registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Proof of Conference registration may be required to gain entry into the Conference events.
-The Organizer reserves the right to modify the list of speakers and presenters, and/or the agenda for reasons beyond its control.
-The Organizer reserves the right to alter the Conference date for reasons beyond its control. In such an event, Participants shall have a right to cancel their participation free of charge. The Organizer shall not be responsible for covering any additional expenses of the Participants made in association with the Conference.
-The Organizer reserves the right to set a limit to the number of conference attendees.
-Participants will be enlisted on a first come first serve basis. -The Organizer reserves the right to reject Participants based on its discretion.
-All registration confirmation is completed based on the Organizer’s online registration system. If there is a discrepancy, the Organizer reserves the right to confirm registration into the Conference.
-During the Conference, the Organizer may arrange photography and videography for the purpose of public broadcasting, social media, and future marketing materials. By participating in the Conference, Participants give their implicit permission for the recording, use, and/or dissemination by the Organizer, parties related to it of each Participant’s image, voice, expression in any promotion and marketing materials without limitations of time or territory. This permission means specifically that photo, video, and audio recordings taken during the Conference events may be placed on the Conference website, social media platforms, or other websites managed by the Organizer, as well as used in marketing materials. The participants hereby waive any claims (existing or future), including for compensation from the Organizer for such use of their image, voice or expression for the purposes defined hereunder.
-By registering for the PMRE Conference, Participants give permission to share their name and contact info with other conference participants.
-The Organizer reserves the right to use the email address specified when registering for the Conference to send notifications to Participants of the Conference, including about changes in the Conference program or the terms and conditions.
-The Participants are required to observe the terms and conditions document applicable at the venue of the Conference, including especially principles of general safety, fire safety and security.
-During the Conference, the Participants shall follow any housekeeping instructions that may be given by the Organizer and in particular shall refrain from recording speeches (in audio, video and photo formats, or any combination thereof).
-Should a Participant be found to be in breach of the Conference terms and conditions, the Organizer has the right to refuse the Participant entry or may request the Participant to leave the Conference site or venue.
-The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Conference terms and conditions as necessary. These amendments will be shared online via the Conference website.
-Conference Participants assume all risks and dangers incidental to the Conference and events for which the registration is issued, including risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. Participants voluntarily agree that PMRE, Realpics, their owners, operators, and partners are expressly released by the Participant from any claims arising from such causes. The Participants shall be fully liable for any damage they cause both in the venues involved in any Conference activities and in their accommodation.
-Professional and respectful conduct of all Conference Participants is expected. Bullying, harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
-Any disputes arising in relation to the Conference participation shall be decided by courts with jurisdiction to the Organizer. By registering, Conference Participants accept these terms and conditions.
-Designated vendor booths are NOT tradeshow booths.

Vendors ARE permitted to bring small giveaways into the venue i.e. flyers, business cards, USB drives, swag etc. Please keep promotional material to a minimum inside the venue.
