-These terms and conditions apply to every person attending and/or participating in the annual Photography + Media for Real Estate Conference (PMRE) and affiliated workshops.

-The Conference is held at Palms Resort & Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada, from November 11 to 15, 2024.

-To participate in the Conference, Participants must:
Register for the Conference, which can be done online at the Conference’s website, and pay the assigned Conference and or workshop fees.

-The Conference and workshop registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

-Attendees are strongly encouraged to purchase travel, cancellation and health insurance before attending.

-Attendees recognize that workshops are independently operated by their instructors and that the PMRE Conference is not liable for any changes made to workshop schedules or itineraries.

-PMRE preferred hotel room rates are on a first-come, first-served basis and apply only while supplies last. Conference attendees will receive a booking link via email with their conference confirmation.

-Early registration must be accompanied by payment before the advertised deadline; otherwise, it will not be processed, and the standard registration rates will be applied.

-Proof of Conference registration will be required to enter the Conference events.

-The Organizer reserves the right to modify the list of speakers, panellists, presenters, workshops and/or the agenda at anytime.

-The Organizer reserves the right to alter the Conference and or workshop dates for reasons beyond its control. In such an event, Participants shall have a right to cancel their participation free of charge. The Organizer shall not be responsible for covering any additional expenses of the Participants made in association with the Conference.

-The Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of conference attendees.

-Participants will be enlisted on a first-come, first-served basis.

-The Organizer reserves the right to reject Participants based on its discretion.

-All registration confirmation is completed based on the Organizer’s online registration system. If there is a discrepancy, the Organizer reserves the right to confirm registration to the Conference.

-During the Conference, the Organizer may arrange photography and videography for the purpose of public broadcasting, social media, and future marketing materials. By participating in the Conference, Participants give their implicit permission for the recording, use, and/or dissemination by the Organizer and parties related to it of each Participant’s image, voice, and expression in any promotion and marketing materials without limitations of time or territory. This permission means that photo, video, and audio recordings taken during the Conference events may be placed on the Conference website, social media platforms, or other websites managed by the Organizer and used in marketing materials. The Participants hereby waive any claims (existing or future), including compensation from the Organizer for using their image, voice or expression for the purposes defined hereunder.

-Without their knowledge and consent, the personal data of the Participant of the Conference or the Payer shall not be transferred to any other data administrators.

-The Organizer reserves the right to use the email address and or phone numbers specified when registering for the Conference to send notifications to participants of the Conference, including about changes in the Conference program or the terms and conditions.

-Any recording and/or re-distribution of the PMRE Conference, whether in person or online, is strictly prohibited.

-Participants are required to observe the terms and conditions document applicable at the conference venue, including principles of general safety, fire safety and security.

-During the Conference, the Participants shall follow any housekeeping instructions that may be given by the Organizer and, in particular, shall refrain from recording any presentations (in audio, video and photo formats, or any combination thereof).

-Should a Participant be found to be in breach of the Conference terms and conditions, the Organizer has the right to refuse the Participant entry or may request the Participant to leave the Conference site or venue.

-The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Conference terms and conditions at any time necessary.

-Conference Participants assume all risks and dangers incidental to the Conference and events for which the registration is issued, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Participants voluntarily agree that PMRE, Realpics 2023567 Ab Ltd, their owners, operators, and partners are expressly released by the Participant from any claims arising from such causes.

The Participants shall be fully liable for any damage they cause in the venues involved in any Conference activities and their accommodations.

-Professional and respectful conduct of all Conference Participants is expected. Bullying, harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

-Any disputes arising in relation to the Conference participation shall be decided by courts with jurisdiction over the Organizer (Alberta, Canada).

By registering, Conference Participants accept these terms and conditions.
